Madison Paper Mill sells related goods
UPM-Kymmene Inc. and North SC Paper Corp., has informed the sale of the mill site Madison Paper Industries' located in Madison, Maine.
UPM-Kymmene Inc. and North SC Paper Corp., a subsidiary of the New York Times Company, has informed the sale of the mill site Madison Paper Industries’ located in Madison, Maine, to a joint venture of New Mill Capital Holdings NY, Perry Videx of Hainesport, New Jersey, and Infinity Asset solutions of Toronto, Ontario.
The sale is a continuation of the dissolution of the partnership announced. Hydroelectric assets located within the mill site are currently marketed separate transaction.
