Copyright

Papnews.com responds expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to us. Papnews.com reserves the right at its sole and entire discretion, to remove content and terminate the accounts in the “Company Profiles” section to companies that infringe, or appear to infringe, the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.

Papnews.com does not carry out any filtering, selection, cataloging of the images, videos and/or textual contents included in the “Company Profiles” section; users, in fact, equipped with a personal username and password, publish in an absolutely autonomous and automatic way the advertising and photographic material pertaining to the activity carried out, with the assumption of the relative (and exclusive) responsibility.

Can Papnews.com establish copyright ownership?

No. Papnews.com in the absence of uploads by users of images and / or contents containing watermarks, or signatures or written on it, is unable to establish ownership of the copyright. When we receive complete and valid takedown notice, we remove content as required by law. If the dispute is still pending, it is up to the parties involved to resolve the matter in court (between the copywriter and the company that violated his right by directly publishing the material protected by copyright in the “Company Profiles” section of the Papnews.com website).

If you believe that your copywritten work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Papnews.com the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Identification of the copyright work claimed to have been infringed and that is to be removed.

3. A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

All claims of copyright infringement should be sent to Papnews.com exclusively at the following email address: edipap.direzione@pec.it and / or by registered letter to Edipap Srl, Via Pordenone 13 – 20132 Milano (Italy).
