Valmet delivers its first automation systems to Papertech Industries in Bangladesh
Valmet has received its first order from Papertech Industries Co. for a comprehensive automation package aimed at improving production quality and operational efficiency at the company’s production site in Bangladesh. This marks a significant step for Papertech Industries as the company invests in state-of-the-art automation technologies to enhance production quality and efficiency. The delivery will support the company in reducing quality variability, optimizing raw material usage and increasing operational reliability through a secure and user-friendly automation environment.
The package includes Bangladesh’s first DCS equipped with the modern Valmet DNAe User Interface, which provides intuitive workflows that simplify operations and enable operators to manage larger process areas with greater ease.

The delivery will include: Valmet DNA Distributed Control System (DCS); Valmet IQ Quality Control System; Machine and cross-directional controls; Valmet Retention Measurement (Valmet RM5).
