Runtech delivers RunEco Vacuum System to Sun-Ka in Türkiye
Runtech Systems has delivered a complete RunEco Vacuum System to Sun-Ka Sungurlu Kagitcilik San. Tic. A.S., located in Sungurlu, Türkiye. The supply package includes an EP Turbo Blower equipped with the EcoDrop water separator, EcoFlow dewatering measurement system with six measurement points, and a remote monitoring system for the turbo blower. Additionally, Sun-Ka and Runtech have signed a 5-year RunCare Service Agreement, designed to ensure the long-term optimal performance of the vacuum system.
The RunEco Vacuum System will provide vacuum for the relocated paper machine, which will focus on the production of grey board. The start-up of the line is scheduled for the second half of 2026.

RunEco EP Turbo Blowers are engineered to operate efficiently across a broad range of vacuum levels and air flows. Each EP Turbo unit features an integrated high-speed drive, eliminating the need for a gearbox or coupling. The rotation speed and vacuum level can be adjusted to match the specific requirements of the process. The system operates completely water-free.
The EcoDrop water separator removes water, fibers, and fines, ensuring consistent and efficient vacuum generation. The EcoFlow dewatering measurement system provides real-time, precise feedback on dewatering performance along the paper machine, allowing operators to optimize dewatering and vacuum levels in both the forming and press sections.
The RunCare Agreement represents a long-term commitment between Runtech and the customer, offering extended warranty coverage for the first five years. It eliminates the need to order individual maintenance services separately. With comprehensive reporting and feedback on serviced equipment, paper mills can be confident that their RunEco Vacuum System is always operating under optimal conditions.
