Heinzel Paper: conversion of PM10 to production of recycled containerboard
August 2017 will witness the start of a new age with the conversion of PM10 to production of containerboard on the basis of recycled paper. Subsequently, the machine will be one of the most modern of its type in Europe.

The pulper has a 140 m³ capacity and in combination with new stock preparation offers a total output of 1,350 tons per day. New film press for the uniform application of starch on both sides.
New headbox
The two-layer headbox guarantees first class sheet characteristics, which represent a fundamental precondition for the outstanding paper quality that starboard promises. New after-dryer section for high productivity and stable machine running.
New wire section
This is important for the high-speed production of the extensive, 70 to 140 gsm lightweight grammage range. New winder for excellent winding quality (diameters of up to 1,500 mm)
