Burgo Group re-assigned to SAEL the calander update at its Toscolano plant in Italy

After many years of mutual satisfaction on continuous machines, winders, sheeters, stock prep and coating machine rebuildings, Burgo Group re-assigned to SAEL the calander update at its Toscolano plant.

SAEL offers assistance and spare parts availability of its products for ever; all the new hardware versions, or updates, are fully compatible with the former one. This last job at Toscolano paper mill shows the SAEL’s DNA itself, giving long life to the drives above any expectation. 37 years later the first series, and against the unavailability of some components, SAEL changed the main control board only (the power section was still in good shape) applying the Reeborn Sael One technology drive and automation.

Thanks to Reeborn, SAEL can support the paper mill first installation took place more than 40 years ago. SAEL applied this technology to the 65 years old drives produced by other companies, giving them a new life.

The aim of SAEL, always beside its customers, it is the best pay-off ever. The machine start-up went quickly and smoothly (3 days of machine stop and 1 babysitting day). The job was made together to the Toscolano paper mill technical team.
