HERGEN to supply new iNOVAFLOW headbox to Caprima

HERGEN will supply a new iNOVAFLOW headbox to Caprima, a tissue paper manufacturer based in Iomerê, Santa Catarina, Brazil. The new equipment, designed for a maximum operating speed of up to 1,000 m/min, will be used to produce toilet paper grades, semi-Kraft, and MG white paper, with basis weights ranging from 16 g/m² to 50 g/m².

The headbox will feature micro jacks for high-precision cross-machine basis weight profile adjustment, ensuring greater jet uniformity. The sheet width at the pope reel will be 2,470 mm.
