Feldmuehle successfully implements restructuring measures and strengthens sales team

Following intensive consultations with the works council, Feldmuehle has carried out the planned restructuring measures. The main elements of this reorganisation included adjustments to production capacities, modifications to management structures and revisions to the shift system.

The objective of these initiatives was to ensure more accurate planning, greater reliability and punctual deliveries for customers, suppliers and the company itself – without compromising product quality. As part of the reorganisation at the Uetersen site, the sales department has also been restructured. Martin Mönke will leave the company on 30 September 2025 at his own request and by mutual agreement.

With the appointment of Helmut Teuschler, Feldmuehle has secured a recognised sales expert in the label sector.
