Toscotec successfully acquires Recard’s brand and know-how

Toscotec, a leading manufacturer of machinery for the paper industry, announces the acquisition of the brand and intellectual property of the company formerly known as Recard, a long-standing player specialised in the design and manufacturing of tissue paper machinery. The acquisition includes know-how, technical drawings, and all other intangible assets.

This strategic move represents a significant milestone for Toscotec, further strengthening its position in the global tissue market and expanding its technological offering and service capabilities. It reinforces Toscotec’s leadership in innovation, quality, and customer-oriented solutions.
