Kyivsky paper mill reported 82% increase in production in Q1

Kyivsky cardboard paper mill in January-March 2015 increased production of corrugated cardboard packaging by 14.4%, to 45.38 million square meters. The mill increased its production of cardboard by 6.4%, to 52,270 tonnes, including a rise of 16% in production of commodity cardboard, to 30,370 tonnes and a decline of 4.4% in production of box cardboard, to 21,910 tonnes.

Production of base paper (for sanitary products) decreased by 11.7%, to 17,560 tonnes, while the production of toilet paper fell by 9.8%, to 99.87 million rolls.

In January-March cardboard packaging production in Ukraine fell by 15.6%, to 167.14 million square meters and cardboard and paper output dropped by 11.8%, to 189,840 tonnes.

Kyivsky cardboard paper mill is one of the largest cardboard and paper producers in Europe.
