Indonesia against the US over anti-dumping duties on paper products

On 13 March 2015 WTO Secretariat has been notified of a request from Indonesia for consultations with the United States regarding anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing measures applied by the United States on coated paper imported from Indonesia.

US’s imposition of these measures appears to be inconsistent with several provisions of WTO law, namely the AD Agreement, the Subsidies and Countervailing (SCM) Agreement and the GATT 1994.
