Burgo accepts the binding offer for the purchase of the paper mills of Mantua

The Pro-Gest Group has recently presented a binding offer for the purchase of the historic Burgo paper mills of Mantua. Burgo Group’s Board of Directors noted the binding commitment of the Group of Ospedaletto and considering  the industrial value of the project has accepted the offer.

The stated goal of both parties is a relaunch of the industrial site taking account into the characteristics of the site but also the employment impact on the territory. The successful conclusion of the agreement is exposed to the customary contractual conditions. The possible purchase of the paper mill by Pro-Gest would ensure the maintenance of the production in Italy which is a value that has always distinguished the Group of Treviso, firmly anchored in our country.
