AF&PA releases December 2015 boxboard statistics report

The American Forest & Paper Association released its December 2015 U.S. Paperboard Report on Jan. 20.

Total boxboard production increased 1.7 percent when compared to December 2014 and increased 0.3 percent from last month. Unbleached Kraft Boxboard production increased over the same month as last year but decreased compared to last month. Total Solid Bleached Boxboard & Liner production decreased when compared to December 2014 but increased compared to last month. The production of Recycled Boxboard increased compared to December 2014 but decreased when compared to last month.
