The integrated solutions of ELETTRIC80 and BEMA for the tissue field

Three days, from 11th to 13th October 2017, dedicated to the technological innovations in the paper industry. ELETTRIC80 and BEMA take a part in the 24th edition of MIAC, the international meeting point about machinery and plants for the production of paper and paperboard and for the converting of tissue paper. 270 international exhibitors, 5,000 visitors, 9 categories of goods, from mechanics to chemistry, as well as conferences and open houses: these are the figures of the new edition of MIAC where all is designed with the aim of showing the innovations that have been implemented to improve every process in the tissue field.

In this setting, ELETTRIC80 and BEMA show the advantages of their integrated systems designed to meet the different needs of the tissue industry. ELETTRIC80 and BEMA, established in the foothills of the Reggio Emilia Apennines, are specialized in the implementation of integrated and automated solutions, flexible and modular, for companies producing convenience goods, and particularly in the food, beverage and tissue industries, as well as in diversified sectors like ceramic and plastic manufacturers.

The two companies provide fully integrated automation systems to handle both raw materials and finished products through automatic pallet control systems, robotic palletizing, the whole range of laser guided vehicles (LGVs), robotic stretch wrapping and labelling, picking and repacking solutions, high-density storage systems – AS/RS, multi-shuttles, drive in, block storage, warehouse management system (WMS) – up to automatic truck loading solutions and yard management.

ELETTRIC80 and BEMA ensure optimal, efficient and effective management of all internal and external operations in the plants thanks to software SM.I.LE80 (Smart Integrated Logistics), that represents a direct “link” between systems and production processes. So far ELETTRIC80 and BEMA have installed more than 1,700 robotic systems and 4,300 laser guided vehicles and count 11 branches worldwide.

In the Tissue Sector, ELETTRIC80 and BEMA are highly specialized in the implementation of integrated systems set up with the aim of automating logistics and palletizing, ensuring maximum efficiency, flexibility and safety. For the last ten years, the two companies have led in providing total system integration for both existing plants and greenfield sites in the areas of converting and warehousing.
