Cleanpac® 350 EZ™ hydrocyclone

The GL&V newly developed Cleanpac® 350 EZ™ hydrocyclone cleaner is the second cleaner series in our EZ-line.

The GL&V EZ line of hydrocyclones and its parts have been developed in order to simplify the maintenance of your cleaner plant. The lower cone can now be accessed faster and the runnability is improved due to the two angle reject chamber. By utilizing the patented wing cone you can also see a decrease in fiber losses while improving the cleanliness of the stock.

About the new innovation

Our new innovation Cleanpac® 350 EZ™ technology is a further development of the old Cleanpac 350 family of cleaners. Maintenance of the cleaner plant will now be easier and more time efficient.  The lower cone can be quickly accessed by removing two plastic nuts between the upper and lower cone and between the reject chamber and hose connection. If the patented wing cone is utilized, the fiber losses will be reduced and the performance improved. With the introduction of a reject chamber and a two angled reject outlet the risk of plugging is greatly reduced.
