Sibles plans start of pulp mill in 2022 in Russia

Russian company Sibirskiy Les (Sibles) intends to start up its new pulp mill in Krasnoyarsk in 2022. The facility is expected to produce 930,000 tpy of bleached pulp and will cost roughly €1.5 bn.

According to Euwid, the company says it does not expect to utilise government funds. The project is expected to create 730 new jobs.
