New Sales and Marketing organisation to meet future market needs
Holmen Paper faces an increasing demand of its unique paper products and related services within as well as outside Europe. To meet the demand, a new Sales and Marketing organisation will be implemented to better fulfil customers’ various needs and requests.
“Taking full advantage of our organisation and our different competences, is key to improve our service in all the markets where we operate – in Europe and globally,” comments Karolina Svensson, Sales and Marketing Director.
Moving to a more close cooperation with personalised support and offering related services, summarizes the main goals of the new organisation.
“As a company, we have to constantly develop to be able to offer more and better services to our customers and to find new and additional customers as the printing paper market shrinks. We also need to be ready to meet the demand of how our customers want to buy from us in the future,” Karolina Svensson continues.
“Since the local presence is important for our customers as well as for us, the new organisational setup will still offer a dedicated team with a local contact for each customer. This also means that all of our European sales offices will remain where they are,“ Karolina Svensson concludes.
