Every year, TecnoFerrari renews its commitment to new technological solutions, for the improvement of the industrial automation systems we design, and export worldwide.
So far we have filed over 170 patents. The experience of the engineers who have been part of our team for years constantly supports new resources, so they are able to take up the challenge and carry on our history. In particular, for logistic applications, the engineering staff is able to manage even complex processes and plants layouts providing Customers with optimized solutions in terms of performance, reliability and flexibility.

TecnoFerrari designs and implements its own systems using latest generation tools. Machines concepts and developments are obtained by modern CAD 3D software, products data and formulas are elaborated by a PDM system to manage the assembly and commissioning process.
The trend is now to guarantee much higher performance by providing to the end user a much efficient solution. TecnoFerrari offers AGV vehicles provided with both magnet or laser-guided technology for navigation and with latest safety and logic control systems, this representing the widest solutions portfolio available in the market.

Industry 4.0 paradigms are yet implemented in all our AGV systems and this allows the interconnection with all machineries and with the company ERP system. The supervisor software, a complete suite developed by TecnoFerrari, offers the complete management of the production schedule and its HMI is easy to use. The possibility to customize it according to the Customer’s needs is an added value in terms of flexibility.

TecnoFerrari AGV system allows a substantial cost saving if we compare the same activity carried on by manual vehicles. We do not even consider the transportation with standard conveyors in this comparison since the concept of the new millennium industry is mainly based on flexibility and just-in-time production. TecnoFerrari AGV allows to cut the loss of productivity due to the inefficiency of the manual transportation. Also the damage of the transported product handled manually is substantially reduced by AGV with a smooth and constant working-flow. Never the less the structures, the machines and the people involved in the production cycle will be safer once the goods handling will be delegated to AGV vehicles. Not only the real safety of the operators will be higher but also the safety perception will increase due to the smooth and constant movement of the AGV. This is going to allow an higher productivity of the operators no longer worried for their own safety. Traceability of the goods will be totally guaranteed by TecnoFerrari AGV carrying at the same time products and information about it. It will give a strategical tool to increase the quality of the product and the logistics. The design of our AGV vehicles took in consideration only industrial, smart and robust components for reducing faults and allow predictive maintenance strategies. According to process and duty cycles a maintenance planning is agreed with the Customer to avoid stop or production loss. The availability of a skill service team and original spares allow in any case to solve quickly any emergency.
