VPK Group acquires Manor Packaging owner Fencor Packaging Group
VPK Group has completed the acquisition of Fencor Packaging Group, the owner of Manor Packaging, further strengthening its position in the UK corrugated packaging market. The transaction follows VPK Group’s acquisition of a minority shareholding in Fencor Packaging Group in 2024. With the latest agreement, the company has now assumed full ownership of the business.
Manor Packaging operates a corrugated packaging manufacturing facility in Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire, supported by warehousing and storage operations that enable nationwide customer service across the United Kingdom. According to VPK Group, Manor Packaging will continue to operate as an independent business within the group, ensuring continuity for both customers and employees while benefiting from the wider expertise, resources and network of the international packaging company.
The business also maintains a long-standing commercial relationship with Corrboard UK, which is majority owned by VPK Group.

VPK confirmed that David Orr will retire shortly after 26 years leading the business and overseeing its growth and development. Tony Clifton, currently Sales Director, will assume the role of Managing Director of Manor Packaging, ensuring continuity of leadership and maintaining the company’s customer-focused approach.
The acquisition forms part of VPK Group’s ongoing strategy to expand its corrugated packaging activities and strengthen its presence in key European markets through both organic growth and targeted acquisitions.
